Metech International is acquired by Centillion Environment & Recycling

Gilroy, CA – October 23, 2007 – Electronic waste recycler Metech International, Inc. announced today its acquisition by Centillion Environment & Recycling Ltd of Singapore (www.centillion-er.com).  Centillion, a Singapore public listed company, has electronic recycling operations in the United Kingdom and China, and operates a Joint Venture company in Singapore with Veolia Environmental Services Asia Pte Ltd, which is known as Centeonyx (www.centeonyx.com). 

Dick Jacob, CEO of Centillion, was quoted as saying; “We at Centillion are very excited over this merger and are looking forward to a very bright future in our business.  We intend to retain Metech personnel and business model under the capable leadership of Sam Advani and I will work with Sam to make this partnership a great success.”
